Jeff and Becky Scott
Jeff and Becky Scott established Scott’s Pest Control in 1974. Jeff started his career with Arab Pest control in the 60’s before he and wife Becky started their own, Scott’s and worked the business together for 45 years.
Tonya Figg
Tonya Figg took over the family business in 2018 after Jeff and Becky retired. She earned her degree from IU’s Kelley School of Business, working in real estate during college to support herself. An entrepreneur since age 18, Tonya has spent the past 40 years owning businesses in Real Estate, Tourism, and Publishing. Her true passion is Mediterranean Miniature Donkeys, often called “the sweetest animals on the planet.” Tonya resides in Heltonville, where she runs Donkeytown at Turner Farms—a 40-acre guest ranch and farmstay located south of Lake Monroe that is home to 25 mini donkeys and many other beloved farm animals. Tonya’s son, Riley Figg, lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife, Amelia, and Tonya loves visiting them whenever she can.
Bill Dougherty
Bill Dougherty is a Termite Technician Specialist with experience in pest control since 2015. After graduating from North Daviess High School and starting his career in law enforcement, he moved into pest control, enjoying the outdoor work environment. Bill and his wife, Tabitha, have four children and enjoy traveling, motorcycling, and spending time on Florida’s gulf coast.
Bryan Mcelhone
Bryan Mcelhone – Lead Technician joined our team from New York, beginning his pest control career with us in 2020 as a Registered Technician. He rapidly advanced to become a fully licensed Pest Control Applicator and possesses a strong understanding of the industry. Bryan is committed to providing excellent service to clients and values the opportunity to connect with fellow veterans, drawing on over ten years of service in the Marine Corps. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his three children: Luna, Tristan, and Juno.
Mason Riley
Mason Riley is a Pest Control Specialist who began his career after graduating from Easter Greene High School in 2018. He enjoys working with customers, pays special attention to detail—particularly for elderly clients—and spends his free time following Ohio State football, playing video games, and enjoying downtown Bloomington.
Kellie Easton
Kellie Easton serves as the Office Manager. Originally from northern Indiana, often referred to as “The Region,” she is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in tourism and hospitality. Kellie has extensive experience managing hotels across the United States. She is married to Chase Easton, who is employed at Cummins, and they have two children, Kayden and Cassie, as well as a family dog named Gibbs.
